WELCOME SAM! Our newest bada** baker! He's been conjuring up some fabulous baked goods right and left at the cafe. You don't wanna miss the masterpieces of this Minneapolis native.
Like many of our baristas and bakers, Sam has moved around the Midwest and Western soils. He's studying Environmental Sciencey stuff (for exact details, come in and ask Sam!) @ CSU and is an avid lover of literature and composes short stories in his free time. Kerouac, Burroughs, and Bukowski are just a few of his favorites. :)
You can't live in Fort Collins without the necessary need for the outdoors, whether by bike or by foot, Sam adores both.

So come in and check out the new faces of the Cafe!!! Maybe he'll spout some prose as you take a buttery bite of his delicious baked goods. ;)
