I was at a media tasting last night at Jax Fish House Fort Collins to go over some of the new dishes in their spring menu.

The Sunday Table Talk is out today instead of on Sunday! I'll be spending the weekend in Steamboat, so I wanted to get this to you all earlier rather than later.

There are four new places on the coming soon list.

We had three openings - all of them food carts, including a German food cart!

There's a distillery pairing dinner to check out, as well as the final updated list for Mother's Day Brunches.

Today's Sunday Table Talk is full of the latest and greatest restaurant news of the week!

There were two openings - a food truck and a thai restaurant in Loveland.

There were two closers - a bakery that supplied a lot of restaurants with buns, etc. and another place that's not too shocking to hear they've called it quits.

There's a beer pairing dinner to check out, and the Mother's Day brunch list grew quite a bit!

Heading up to Estes this weekend and want something delicious? I found some of the best burgers up there. They aren't exactly affordable, but they're great. And the service is better than any other restaurant up there, despite a major screw up.

Either way, eat at Cascades Restaurant in The Stanley Hotel at least once.

I swear. This is why I love Colorado. I can’t imagine living my life without sharing mountain adventure stories while drinking kick-ass craft beer on a beautiful patio. Of course we ran into friends on the way in to Odell Brewing Co and started planning fishing trips and swapped gardening tips.
