After a day of snowshoeing, the Sunday Table Talk is a little late. But better late than never.

So, there's a new food truck coming soon to Loveland that sounds awesome. There's another brewery on the way here in Fort Collins, as well as a cooking school.

We had a couple of openings that flew completely under the Opening Soon radar, including another food truck.

This is a different twist on craft beer festivals, and one that has been created by our local craft brewers. Instead of chugging as much beer as you can, the focus of this is to slow your roll and actually enjoy what you sip. The brewers will be there at the booths to chat. There will be food pairing tents. And of course, there will be bands.

Today's Eat Of The Week is from Cafe Vino and their Wild Mushroom Spinach pizza. They maintain a fine balance with an ingredient that can make or break a meal, and they certainly make it with this one.
